How to become a first-time homebuyer in 2023

What an interesting turn the real estate market took in 2022. And what can we expect in 2023? Great news for new construction and first-time homebuyers!

Happy new year! My name is Brandon Holley, and I have been on my YouTube channel for a year! Last year I made 23 videos outlining new construction communities, 2 videos about future projects in the area, and 9 informational videos on why new construction helps open the door to home ownership. You have a lot of questions about what 2023 has to offer when it comes to the real estate market. This coming year I will work to cover great deals in new communities, future developments, the information you need to know to be successful with new construction, and updates to past communities we have visited.

If you are interested in learning how to become a homeowner in 2023, subscribe to this channel for new videos each week! Also, if you would like to receive my monthly newsletter with information on the market, please drop your email in the comments.

The communities we covered in 2022 range in price and location from Georgetown to New Braunfels, and this year I promise to continue with new content and opportunities. And as of now, we are seeing huge decreases in price, Which is great news for you if you are in the market.

Harvest Ridge @ $280K
Crosswinds @ $350K
Sunfield @ $420K
Wolf Ranch @ $390K
Headwaters @ $600K
The Colony @ $350K
Santa Rita Ranch @ $350K

I know you have questions about the market and what 2023 will hold. Unfortunately, my crystal ball is broken, but I can tell you Central Texas will continue to grow. The new tallest building in Austin will break ground this year. In addition, Pearson Ranch and Leander Springs will begin development, and three master-planned communities will bring over 10,000 homes to the area.

This map shows how many communities are selling in the Central Texas area—ranging in price from $200's up. So make this year your year to be serious about owning a home.

*Disclaimer - All neighborhoods are different. Please speak to an agent to get all the facts straight. Also, equity is not guaranteed and fluctuates with the real estate market.

If you have questions about new construction, please reach out to me. The builder pays the commission, and it is my job to be knowledgeable about these communities.
