What does it take to be the number one ranked mass playing community in the Austin area and 38 in the nation? Stay tuned, and you'll find out.

What is going on? My name is Brandon Holley, and I am the owner/broker of Holley Homes Realty here in Austin, Texas. Today I am bringing you part one of a two-part series, and I promise you'll want to see all of it because we are discussing Santa Rita Ranch, a huge, huge master plan community in liberty hill. What finishes this place is going to have a complete site devoted to 55 plus residents. It will have six pools, mountain bike trails, and regular trails. Pretty much anything you need, anything you would possibly want to explore, and I spent a lot of time yesterday out there getting some videos. First, we will look at one of the model homes because there are 12 builders in this community building an array of floor plans. We'll be looking at the Scott Felder model home today, so let's go ahead and jump right into it.

Santa Rita Ranch is being developed on 3700 acres of beautiful rolling hills. When completed, there will be 8 500 homes.

The builders in the community are Highland Homes, Empire Communities, Giddens Homes, Castle Rock Communities, Estate Homes, Prominence Homes, Coventry Homes, Weston Homes, Pulte Homes, Perry Homes, that's a lot of homes, Lennar, and of course Scott Felder homes which is the model we are touring.

Homes are priced from the 400s up to a million-plus and are built on lots ranging in size from 45 feet to 80 feet.

There are four sections of the estates at Tierra Del Sol, South, Homestead, and Terra Rosa. However, two more sections are under development. These are Saddlebrook and the 55-plus community called Regency, which the toll brothers are building.

That is the Scott Felder model home at Santa Rita Ranch, and just like that model at home, the amenities have so much to offer. As I said earlier, when completed, there will be six pools within this community. Here you can see the layout of the community. You can see how they have split it into multiple areas today. We are checking out the amenities in the purple area and then the 55-plus Regency in the blue area.

The Ranch House is located by the main pool, and here you can pull off or learn more about the neighborhood.

The pool features a lounge area and two cool water slides nicknamed the Big and Lil' Dipper.

The Wellness Barn allows residents to hit the gym and test some state-of-the-art equipment.

The Regency is a 55-plus community that will have its own amenity center when finished.

There are also many trails, mountain bike courses, fishing ponds, and other outdoor activities.
