Owner said she was told on 6/29/22, Bluebonnet electric would be approx $6500 for the pole and meter depending on the distance to the RV or house. Aqua Water is a $150 app fee, then it will be 6-8 weeks before you get a response on the application, then up to 3-4 months to get the meter. Starting meter price is $4500 depending on the distance. Septic, $800 permit with the County Development Svc, then the septic cost. Has to be an aerobic system and they estimated $10,000-14,000 for the install. If an RV, draw it on a plan to submit.
