TL;DR Brandon is one of those people that go above and beyond in every capacity. We ran into so many hurdles in our first home buying but Brandon fought for us every step of the way. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a home. Extended Review: Brandon met with us and showed us many properties that fit within our budget and were what we were looking for. After a bit of searching, we found a great new home build in which we were satisfied with. We had quite a few hiccups when it came to our billing. Item after item popped up and it made us quite anxious. There were multiple times where we thought that we might have to wait and buy a home at a later date. Brandon was there though with ideas, ways to deal with our issues creatively, and to help us get our home NOW instead of later. We were so thrilled when we were finally able to close on our home. If you thought this was the end of the review, no no no. There is ever more craziness that is about to unfold!! Our builder had an initial delay but it was no issue. Brandon let us know and with a lot of time in advance to prepare, it was fine. The day before our appointment (as we were purchasing out of state) we flew on the day before. As we were waiting for our next flight, we got a call from Brandon. The builders had delayed it again! Not even a day before letting us know!! With some annoyance, we rescheduled but once again Brandon was fighting for us. He reached out to the builders and fought for us to get additional benefits and even got us our closing cost reduced. Overall, I cannot thank Brandon enough for all the hard work, determination, and perseverance throughout our buying experience. Brandon is AWESOME! My wife and I moved from Chicago to Austin and we didn't even know where to start when finding a new home.
