Brandon is AWESOME! My wife and I moved from Chicago to Austin and we didn't even know where to start when finding a new home. With the extreme competition of finding a place in Austin and living out of state at the time, we needed some boots on the ground. Brandon was there to help us out. He would call, text, and email updates with new inventory and ideas on how to get an edge on competition. He volunteered to go to places on our behalf, take videos and pictures, and give his opinion on location and homes. He would constantly give us updates and his communication made us feel like we were in good shape when choosing a home. After we signed a lease, Brandon's job was technically done. But, he went above and beyond and helped us with utilities questions as well as answering any "stupid" questions we might have had. ;) If you live in Austin or you are moving to Austin and currently live out of state - I would 100% recommend Brandon if you are looking for a realtor you can trust and count on. I contacted Brandon before I even set foot in Austin! He sent me fresh properties every few days and then the second day after my arrival we went to look at six of them. By the next day, I had submitted an application for a rental. Then, after everything, the man even helped me move in! He is so kind and funny and genuine. TL;DR Brandon is one of those people that go above and beyond in every capacity. We ran into so many hurdles in our first home buying but Brandon fought for us every step of the way. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking to purchase a home. Extended Review: Brandon met with us and showed us many properties that fit within our budget and were what we were looking for. After a bit of searching, we found a great new home build in which we were satisfied with. We had quite a few hiccups when it came to our billing. Item after item popped up and it made us quite anxious. There were multiple times where we thought that we might have to wait and buy a home at a later date. Brandon was there though with ideas, ways to deal with our issues creatively, and to help us get our home NOW instead of later. We were so thrilled when we were finally able to close on our home. If you thought this was the end of the review, no no no. There is ever more craziness that is about to unfold!! Our builder had an initial delay but it was no issue. Brandon let us know and with a lot of time in advance to prepare, it was fine. The day before our appointment (as we were purchasing out of state) we flew on the day before. As we were waiting for our next flight, we got a call from Brandon. The builders had delayed it again! Not even a day before letting us know!! With some annoyance, we rescheduled but once again Brandon was fighting for us. He reached out to the builders and fought for us to get additional benefits and even got us our closing cost reduced. Overall, I cannot thank Brandon enough for all the hard work, determination, and perseverance throughout our buying experience. He's definitely someone who will get you into your home!! 100% recommend!!

My husband and I just bought our first home, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that we would be lost without Brandon’s help. Brandon helped us find and get into our first rental a few years back, and his help was invaluable even then. Scrolling Zillow for ideal rentals gets old and overwhelming very quickly! So, it was great to have him on our side to find our perfect rental and help guide us through that process. We viewed dozens of homes and he continued to be patient and enthusiastic with me throughout the entire process. There were even times that viewings did not work for my schedule, and Brandon went out of his way to FaceTime me from those properties so that I could still see them.
