We all need to take a step back and enjoy a little nature, which is the vibe of the exciting community we are exploring today. 

What is going on, everyone? My name is Brandon Holley, and I am the broker at Holley Homes Realty, and if you are in the market for a new home, interested in new construction, or curious about the future of Central Texas real estate, you have found the right channel. We are touring the beautiful Highland Homes model home. This is the Dorchester Plan, a 4 bed, 3 bath, 2200 SqFt home. 

Crosswinds consist of five builders Highland Homes, Gehan Homes, Perry Homes, Milestone, and Pacesetter. This master-planned community has 1400 homesites and, when completed, will also have an elementary school.

Homes start in the low $400's, and between the 5 builders, there are over 50-floor plans to choose from, all being built on 40', 50', and 60' foot lots.

Conveniently located East of I-35, Crosswinds is 20 miles from Downtown Austin and 63 miles from San Antonio. 

The population exploded from 28,000 in 2010 to 51,000 in 2021, making it one of Texas's fastest-growing cities.

Within the community, you have private access to a great playscape for the kids and an amazing pool to relax beside. There are also pickleball and basketball courts.
