Did you know that Georgetown's square was voted one of the most beautiful in the state of Texas? So it makes sense when you check out how awesome this community is. Today we are checking out the Oaks at San Gabriel in Georgetown, Tx.

Hello, Hello! My name is Brandon Holley, and I am the broker at Holley Homes Realty in Austin, Tx. If you are tired of renting or want a change of scenery, I highly advise considering new construction. This channel is situated around touring great new communities and giving you advice and the inside scoop on all things new construction.

The Oaks at San Gabriel has a lot to offer residents. The community covers 400 acres of beautiful oaks and is nestled along the San Gabriel River. It might be where they got the name. So let's take a look inside the community.

  • There are 4 builders within the Oaks at San Gabriel. Westin homes, Brohn homes, Gehan homes, and Drees homes. When completed, there will be over 840 home sites.
  • The Oaks at San Gabriel has a lot to offer residents. The community covers 400 acres of beautiful mature oaks nestled along the San Gabriel River. Maybe that's where they got the name?
  • This is the Westin Homes model home, a 5 bedroom, 4 and ½ bath. There is also a media room and office. Plus, these massive ceilings.
  • Depending on the builder, homes are built on 50, 60, and 70-foot lots.
  • Each builder within the community has multiple floor plans ranging in square footage. So, if you have questions, please get in touch with me, and I will get you more information.

There are 100's communities around Central Texas, and my goal is to explore all of them with you. So, if you have not already, please hit like, subscribe, and share with someone you know that may be in the market to purchase a home. Hopefully, the relationships that I am making with these builders will help you get into a house like that one we just toured. But that is not all this community has to offer. So, let's jump into the pool next.

  • The community offers 7 miles of trails to explore the San Gabriel River.
  • Along with this amazing swimming pool to enjoy.
  • There is also a playground I could not get because it was being used.

I wanted to venture down some of the trails for you, but it was already 100 degrees outside, so you will have to take my word. So instead, let's take our focus from amenities to education and check out what the community has to offer.

The Oaks at San Gabriel is part of Leander ISD, and kids attend Rancho Sienna Elementary School, Liberty Hill Middle School, and Liberty Hill High School.

*Disclaimer - All neighborhoods are different. Please speak to an agent to get all the facts straight. Also, equity is not guaranteed and fluctuates with the real estate market.

If you have questions about new construction, please reach out to me. The builder pays the commission, and it is my job to be knowledgeable about these communities.
