Did you know that Georgetown's square was voted one of the most beautiful in the state of Texas? So it makes sense when you check out how awesome this community is. Today we are checking out the Oaks at San Gabriel in Georgetown, Tx.
Hello, Hello! My name is Brandon Holley, and I am the broker at Holley Homes Realty in Austin, Tx. If you are tired of renting or want a change of scenery, I highly advise considering new construction. This channel is situated around touring great new communities and giving you advice and the inside scoop on all things new construction.
The Oaks at San Gabriel has a lot to offer residents. The community covers 400 acres of beautiful oaks and is nestled along the San Gabriel River. It might be where they got the name. So let's take a look inside the community.
- There are 4 builders within the Oaks at San Gabriel. Westin homes, Brohn homes, Gehan homes, and Drees homes. When completed, there will be over 840 home sites.
- The Oaks at San Gabriel has a lot to offer residents. The community covers 400 acres of beautiful mature oaks nestled along the San Gabriel River. Maybe that's where they got the name?
- This is the Westin Homes model home, a 5 bedroom, 4 and ½ bath. There is also a media room and office. Plus, these massive ceilings.
- Depending on the builder, homes are built on 50, 60, and 70-foot lots.

The Oaks at San Gabriel is part of Leander ISD, and kids attend Rancho Sienna Elementary School, Liberty Hill Middle School, and Liberty Hill High School.
