MUST SEE! New Homes in the Wolf Ranch Community

Drop a comment below, and I promise to help you make it happen. My name is Brandon Holley, and I am the broker at Holley Homes Realty here in Austin, Texas. I am continuing this new construction home journey with just all the information I can shower you with and get you ready to go today. We are checking out an amazing master plan Community called Wolf Ranch up in Georgetown, and let's go ahead and dive right in!

There are four high-end builders in Wolf Ranch. Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, and Perry Homes. When completed, there will be 2,000 single-family homes and 900 multi-family dwellings.

This is the beautiful Coventry model home. It is four bedrooms, three full-bath 2897-square-foot homes. The master and guest room are downstairs, and a great study is upstairs. In addition, you have two more bedrooms with a large game room.

Homes are built on a range of lot sizes from 46 feet to 71 feet. No matter what you're looking for in a home, these Builders can make it happen to offer homes from three to five bedrooms, two to three-car garages, and options starting from the 500s. The community was designed along the scenic San Gabriel River, and many Heritage Oaks is still standing on the lots helping the community blend with nature.

Of course, I'm sure there's probably not too much you dislike. The community has done a good job building with nature blending and making it all one. They did the same with all of the amenities this place offers. So let's take a look at that next. The amenities include two Resort style pools. This second pool will be completed by the fall of 2022.
The Den, the Hub of Wolf Creek, also has a grilling area and indoor conference room.

There are miles of hike and bike trails along the San Gabriel River to enjoy, pocket parks, and playscapes for the kids.

Wolf Creek also boasts an award-winning lifestyle coordinator on site that is always creating great ways for the residents to get together, so what do you think about those amenities? They are pretty fantastic. If you know of a community with better amenities, please drop a comment below because I would love to see it. So we've taken a look around the neighborhood, and it has so much to offer, but what about the city of Georgetown? Let's jump into that next children will attend the Georgetown Independent School District, which serves over 11,000 students. Wolf Ranch Elementary School opened in the fall of 2020 and is within the community. There is also Tippett middle school and Eastview High School.

I also wanted to highlight some of the other key distances. As you can see, there are many medical clinics around. There's also an HEB of Natural Grocers and an Aldi within a few miles. You have tons and tons of dining options, not to mention some cool entertainment, some parks, and the Georgetown Country Club is right next to a Wolf Ranch. Here are some of the main areas and attractions of the Austin area. You see Wolf Ranch up north in Georgetown down to Austin Burcham International Airport, and Coda also put Hamilton Pools and a few other things on there to check out.
