- "The floor plan is called by its square footage, known as the 2594W. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2-car garage, a study, and a game room."
- The starting price for the 2594W plan is $529,900. However, as mentioned earlier, Perry has designed 30 floor plans, and prices are starting at $360,900.
