• The model home we are touring today is built by Milestone Community Builders. Milestone has multiple communities around Central Texas, so if you like what you see, but Leander doesn't work for you, go ahead and let me know!

• As mentioned, Larkspur is located in Leander, Tx, which is one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation, I know, I know, I know. I say that about every city around Central Texas. 

• The master-planned community sits on 608 acres. There will be over 1500 homesites when completed, but the developers have done an amazing job of incorporating natural spaces into this community. 

• Larkspur Elementary school is located within the community, so you can send those little ones on their way each morning, giving you a little extra peace and quiet. 

• The upstairs has three bedrooms, two full baths, and an awesome theatre. This is just one of the many floor plans offered by Milestone. Questions? I have answers!
