What is going on, everyone? I am Brandon Holley with Holley Homes Realty, and thank you for taking the time to tour the beautiful David Weekly Model Home with me. If you have questions about David Weekly Homes, the Sunfield community, or new construction in general, get with us because we are here to help you. When buying new construction, not only do you get a brand new home when you go with new construction, but you also get all of the amazing amenities that go with it, and Sunfield has some fantastic amenities. We are touring The Countryside floor plan today by David Weekly Homes. Coming in at just over 2020 SqFt, this spacious plan has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a two-car garage. The Countryside floorplan starts at $419,990.

Ok. I know there is no water now, but imagine how amazing this is during the summer! It has a massive lazy river, an activity pool, a lagoon pool, multiple pavilions, picnic tables, and many lounge areas.
Not pictured is another amenity center called The Sunbright Activity Center which offers a splash park, junior Olympic swimming pool, and dog park. Also, Sunfield is developing another swimming pool, and I have heard it, too, will have a lazy river.
There are also 12 miles of trails through the community and a catch-and-release lake if you want to do some fishing.
In addition to its great amenities and beautiful homes, Sunfield is located in the highly acclaimed Hays Consolidated Independent School District, providing top-notch education opportunities for children.
Sunfield is just 3 miles from old town Buda, which has nationally been recognized as a historic site. You can find anything from antiques and small boutiques to fine dining and cool food trucks.
And if you are looking for events, Buda has you covered. Willie's Joint has live music almost every night, and you can visit the farmers market every Sunday. And I have to mention the Wiener Dog Races that happpen the last weekend of April.
