  • What is going on everyone? My name is Brandon Holley, with Holley Homes Realty, and today, our tour takes us to Stallion Run by Century Communities.
  • Stallion Run is located off of the 45 toll, giving you easy access to 130 or 35, and is just 19 miles to downtown Austin and 16 miles to the airport.
  • Stallion Run is 11 miles from Buda, so you have the convenience of an HEB, Walmart, shopping center, restaurants, and entertainment.
  • Plus, a huge 400-acre mixed-use development is in the works called Pure Vide. I will drop a link in the Description.

  • Today, we are touring the Paige floor plan by Century Communities.
  • The Paige is a spacious floor plan offering 2,335 sq ft. The primary bedroom is downstairs, with 2 bedrooms upstairs. And there are 2 and a half baths.
  • Another great thing about this floor plan is you have the option of turning this office/flex space into a fourth bedroom.
  • What I love about this community is the open space. It feels real peaceful but you are so close to anything you may need. 
  • Each floor plan comes with 42" upper cabinets, a Whirlpool stainless steel appliance package, and smart features such as a Google Nest hub, a Schlage electronic front door lock, and a Honeywell home thermostat.
  • As I mentioned, each plan has a few options, such as a walk-in shower or garden tub in the primary bathroom or turning a previous flex space into a bedroom in a few of the models. Also, each plan has the option to add a covered patio or extend the covered patio.
  • Century Communities is building two collections of homes, the meadows and the glen, both consisting of 8-floor plans, totaling 16 options.
