• Today we are touring the stunning Drees Custom Homes model home in Provence. This master-planned community is located in Bee Cave, and the style is focused on the luxurious and natural lifestyle of Southern France meets the rustic, adventurous lifestyle of the Texas Hill Country. 
• This is the Somerville floor plan which is Drees's third largest. It measures 4,055 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half baths. However, Drees will allow you to customize floor plans, and the model we are touring today has opted for a few additions, such as a media room and a fifth bedroom.  
• Throughout this floor plan, you can see the attention to detail Drees takes in their homes. From high ceilings to oversized kitchen islands, you even have an amazing space off the kitchen for your wine and coffee bar leading into a huge pantry. And there is plenty of storage throughout. 
• How about this primary suite? Tons of space and a private door leading to the backyard. And as you will see, the closet should fit everything you need. 
• How great is this space off of the kitchen? You come in from the tandem garage and have a mud room with a half bath. Then the laundry room has a door to the backyard and a station to bathe your pets or kids if needed. 
• With the addition of the fifth bedroom and media room, this floor plan becomes 4689 square feet, which is a very large home. So if you want something smaller, Drees is building 9 other floor plans starting at 3300 sqft. 
• Drees floor plans start in the high $900s, which may be slightly out of your price range. However, there are 4 other builders within the community.
