I Just Filmed My First Segment for American Dream TV — Here’s What Happened
When I first got the invitation to host on American Dream TV, I was excited, nervous, and completely in.
As someone who already shares stories on YouTube about what it’s like to live, work, and build a life in Central Texas, this felt like a natural next step. But ADTV isn’t just another real estate show—it’s a national, Emmy-nominated, Telly award-winning series that shines a spotlight on what makes local communities thrive.
So yeah… I said yes.
Behind the Scenes: My First Shoot
For my debut episode, we filmed at two incredible local spots that I couldn’t wait to highlight:
Memorial Miniature Golf & WWII Museum in Buda — A one-of-a-kind course built with passion, purpose, and a legacy you can feel with every putt. It’s constantly evolving, always honoring.
Chilero in South Austin — Where Mario pours his heart into the menu and the community vibe. It’s more than just great food—it’s a local staple with soul.
And let me tell you: interviewing people on-camera is a whole different game than filming home tours or market updates. It stretched me in the best way.
Why I’m Doing This
This community isn’t just where I work—it’s where my family is growing up. I care deeply about the stories, businesses, and people who make Central Texas what it is.
American Dream TV gives me a platform to celebrate that. To connect. To showcase what makes our area so special.
